This does NOT affect the functionality of Version 5.5.0. It WILL present a problem in the future if you were try to upgrade! Therefore, this should be corrected.
Who is affected?
If you are running Sphider Lite, your are NOT affected.
If you got to Version 5.5.0 as an upgrade, your are NOT affected.
If you have version 5.5.0 as a NEW INSTALLATION, you MAY BE AFFECTED!
There is one sure fire way to know if you have a problem. Go to the Settings tab of your installation.
If reported version number is "5.4.1" AND the 6th item under "Spider settings" is "Decimal separator", you are affected. (See the image below)
